SHIPPING & HANDLING

All products are checked prior to shipment, if you receive merchandise that differs from your order, or if yourmerchandise

arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make the proper arrangements. Please do not send any items

back without an authorization number, they will not be accepted!

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you contact us before your order is shipped we are more than happy to change or cancel your order. Custom* orders

must be cancelled within 24 Hours.

 

RETURNS


If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your non-custom* order for store credit or replacement  within

14 days of the date that your order was delivered. Please call to obtain a return authorization number. Your return must be

accompanied by the original packing slip (or a copy) and must include your return authorization number. Shipping and

handling charges are not refundable; all returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You may want to insure your

return and/or ship it in a track-able fashion; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. After we receive your

package, we will process your return or replacement within 48 hours.



*Custom made items, including but not limited to Recycled furniture, Glasses, Recycled jewelry, and Floor pillows, may not

be returned. Any damage or difficulties must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

make corrections or changes to any information included here, as well as the right to cancel any order placed at an

incorrect price.
